White Castle it is
So I decided to go wit White Castle for my subject. And why not? Fort Wayne should have a White Castle compared to all the other useless restaurants that come and go in the area. My paper and research will deal more with the investment side. It someone would buy into a White Castle franchise they would be rewarded. Especially with a 24 hour type of business, I could think of a few lots right now that are available for sell right now around the Piere’s/IPFW area that would capitalize on that location year round.

I believe a White Castle should definately be placed in Fort Wayne. I crave it frequently but do not really feel like driving 2 hours inorder to be able to get their food. I know that there are many people who feel the same way. I have always wondered why they haven't brought one here. Fort Wayne would bring a lot of business for the company so it seems strange that they have not brought it here. Do you know why they have yet to do this?
