What should I do

I only 2 ideas I can think of for the business reserch Report & Presentatiion. My first idea is from senerio one. I work for 3 Rivers FCU which has been establsihed in Allen county for over 60 years. We have a new checking account call “EPIC Checking”. It’s a a fantastic product, but I personally think it could be better to deal with “big bank” (Chase, Wells Fargo) competition. My second idea is from senoiro number 2. I think Fort Wayne needs a White Castle franchise. I believe that the first location should go right accrose from the street from the canterberry Taco Bell where the old Clark gas station used to be. With White Castle being open 24 hours, one could only image the earning potentail during 3-5am on the weekends. What do you think?
